1. What is your minimum order?

It depends on what you are buying. Normally, our minimum order is one 20' full container, but this doesn't mean that we don't accept LCL container (less than a container load).

2. What is your delivery time?

FOB Xiamen: ca. 2-4 weeks;

CIF: ca. 6-8 weeks;

DTD (Door to door): ca. 7-9 weeks.

3. What is your payment term?

(1) T/T, 30% in deposit, balance on the receipt of copy of B/L

(2) Irrevocable letter of credit at sight.

4. What about samples?

The samples are available for free yet the delivery cost should be collected except for some long-term business relationship. Tell us your courier account or prepay the courier cost.

5. May I get your pricelist?

1-Price always varies with the market

2-Final price usually depends on the quantity, material and other different requirements.

6. What about Quality Control?

We have a careful QC system during the whole procedure. Our experienced team will check the material quality and specification piece by piece carefully, monitoring every production step until firm package and safe container loading.

7. When can the orders be finished? How long can I get my products?

1) Usually, One container can be finished within 14 - 20 days. (Depend on the quantity and requirements of your orders)

2) Delivery time from our city Xiamen port is as follow:

To West European main port: 27~35 days

To Western coast of America: about 18 days

To Eastern coast of America: about 30 days

To Sydney of Australia: About 13 days
